General direction the property faces.
What time of day you would like the photograph to be taken as this will enable us to capture the right photograph for you taking light into consideration.
Please allow a certain period of time from initial request to photograph or Video but we will be as prompt as possible. We are governed by adverse weather conditions; we are restricted by wind, rain and available light.
Location access normally is not a problem; equipment can be set-up in an area no larger than a single car parking space. If vehicle access isn't possible we will use a portable mast system which can reach a height of 15 metres.
Connected to a laptop computer on the ground, software enables our photographer to adjust the camera settings, angle of view in order to capture the perfect shot. Images or video can then be burnt to disk immediately as Jpeg, tiff, bmp, psb, Photoshop raw and other Adobe formats. Video can be burnt as raw avi files, QuickTime, Adobe Flash or DVD format with titles printed or emailed as appropriate.
The systems can be set-up and operational within approximately 10 minutes of arriving on-site. This causes the minimum of inconvenience or disruption to those around.
These Aerial Elevated photographs or video can also be 360° VIRTUAL TOURS.
The Photographs or video can be provided in a variety of formats to suit your specific requirements.
JPEG images at a size of approx 1024x768 pixels can be E Mailed on the same day the photograph was taken.
Final output formats can be supplied full size on CD or DVD within two working days.
Our unique viewpoint enables us to capture superb panoramic photographs at any location. These images can be used for additional impact in print or web applications and can also be printed up to 1.5m long for superb wall decoration. Please contact info@photovideomedia.com for details.
Photographs or video can be taken anywhere from ground level up to 15 metres in the air, in many situations we have a slight advantage! If your media or news event requires an unusual angle or is impossible to photograph using traditional methods then www.photovideomedia.com may have the answer.

Photo Shoots
If you're a professional photographer looking for an unusual angle - you can now take control of our equipment to get the shots you need. A photographer will be on hand to reposition the equipment as necessary, but you can control the camera and its functions and retain all of the images produced. Pricing
As every job will be different from the last we have undertaken, it is impossible to provide a comprehensive and definitive price list on this website.
As a guide the following list provides some indication.
Residential Property Images From £95.00 varied sizes with widths of 16", 20", 24", 30", 36" & 40".
Commercial & Property Developers Images From £175.00 varied sizes with widths of 16", 20", 24", 30", 36" & 40".
Panoramic Photographs From £275.00 varied sizes with widths of 16", 20", 24", 30", 36" & 40".
Images are given individual attention and are cropped, colour balanced, blended, retouched and finished to a high standard. However, as an optional extra we can go one step further and digitally retouch images to remove temporary items such as cars, people, trailers, 'for sale' signs etc, and even add a sunny blue sky!
£35.00 per hour.
The first 20 miles of any journey from our base in Ipswich, Suffolk included in the standard fee. Thereafter an additional mileage fee of 40p per mile roundtrip is charged.
All prices subject to VAT @17.5%
Photographs that are to be used to present a property for sale must comply with the Property Mis-descriptions Act 1991. As such we can remove for sale signs and other temporary objects, but we cannot ‘touch up’ the appearance of the property, nor remove unsightly objects from either the property or the surrounding environment.
